      Orthopaedic Associates of Augusta, P.A. was organized in 1969 by four orthopaedic surgeons - Dr. John L. Chandler, Dr. Mercer T. Bridges, Dr. Edward S. Forrester and Dr. H. Sherman Blalock. Since that time the group has continued to provide quality, orthopaedic care in the C.S.R.A. Its scope of practice includes general orthopaedics, total joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, pediatric orthopaedics, hand and foot surgery, treatment of spinal disorders and sports medicine and rehabilitation. Orthopaedic Associates main facility is located in Augusta, with a satellite clinic in Evans, Ga.
