The surgery went well. However, I have had an incredibly bad experience with this place on everything in between. I had my appointment rescheduled 3 different times by the office, which caused issues with my job, as I could not give appropriate notice. I also had asked if this was going to go over my cap on my insurance, they said no. After my surgery, I had a bill in the mail (because it went over my cap) and after receiving the bill I went into the office to pay. I was then sent away saying I had to pay over the phone and they would call me. I got one phone call while I was at work and didn't answer. I have received no communication sense then, and call repeatedly trying to pay them and no one answers, I finally got a hold of them today and they are saying that it may have went to collections even though I have been trying to pay them. They ding my credit when I have the money to pay, for a situation that shouldn't have happened anyways due to their negligence.

My daughter was referred to Dr. Sedhom for removal of her wisdom teeth. She went in for a consultation with the surgeon two weeks before the surgical date. She arrived for her surgery and a different dr. actually did the surgery. I have tried on numerous occassions to get a statement out of these people showing just the charges for the date of surgery- and still have been unsuccessful. Very difficult company to work with. I dont recommend these people unless you are up to fighting !
