We had a death in our family and had to go out of town suddenly. I called to reschedule and the office manager was rude to me saying that is why they call and confirm. Little did she know, noone ever called to confirm. She had no compassion for the situation. I told her that she did not need to reschedule that, that was the last straw and we found a new dentist.
