There should be an option to rate a business below one. Gina is a crook. I wanted a window installed in my garage. The HOA approved an Atrium window, I called the manufacturer and unfortunately they gave me the name of Gina's company. She over charged my credit card for the window and install and it was not installed properly and is a used window that was damaged. Afterwards she said she would return the overcharge and did not. The window is not what I was told, it is a Milgard window that has damaged glass and is clearly used and had been installed before. The paper work I have said I have an atrium window. When I called the manufacturer as I suspected I would have a warranty, I found out she never purchased a window from them to install in my house and I have no warranty. I have had 3 other glass install companies look at what was done, all of them have said it was not installed properly, it isn't framed right and needs to be redone. Along with that all of them have said it was a used damaged window and it is not an Atrium window. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I called Gina, this is a nightmare and going to cost me more than double what it should have to get it corrected. Gina is a fraud, she has taken money that was not owed and installed a used window. Some how this business needs to be shut down.

This company and their General Manager, Gina Moore, are complete frauds and liars. They DO NOT and will not meet any deadline they tell you over the phone. I waited over 3 weeks for my sliding glass to be delivered and installed yet Gina did not once pick up a phone to call me and give an update why they were behind and not going to meet the original install date they gave me (which was 2 weeks). Needless to say we ended up having 20+ family members over for Thanksgiving with a shattered sliding glass window to contend with. This company should not be in business. I would avoid them at all cost!!!

I prepaid for a field glazing service to install glass panels in my new patio doors. Due to a delay with my contractor, I had to reschedule but the soonest they would be back in my area was almost two weeks out. During this time my house would be unsecured and I would be out of town leaving my wife and child home alone so I decided to cancel and go with another company. Gina Moore, the General Manager was originally only going to refund half of my money but after much debate, she conceded it would be fair to refund all but the 2.5% credit card processing fee since her techs never came out and there was no time lost. I gave her two weeks and no refund, I called back and she said "oops let me try again", so I did. This went on two more times before she said that there was something wrong with the credit card system and that she would send out a check that same day. Two weeks went by and no check arrived. Gina Moore is a crook with absolutely NO INTEGRITY. She is a thief committing consumer fraud. She has taken money from me that her company did not rightfully earn.
