These guys are the WORST EVER SHOP ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!My 6 year old son had a major spine surgery that was 2 years in the making. One of there reps TD one of those guys who talks the talk, you know your best friend to your face but does nothing else was the rep. that placed our order while still in the hospital during our 5 week stay. He could not get the walker my son needs to walk prior to our leaving but said he would have a loaner lined up. I made sure we and the nurses called him everyday for the 3 days prior to leaving to ensure he had the loaner there for us. Yep you can guess he didn't show. The hospital had to find a junker for us just so we could leave. As my son has never been able to walk on his own yet. Than TD said he would get one to us. We made several appts. with him over the next month which he never showed up to or even called. But he said if he didn't show he would send someone to our home with a loaner. Again never showed, never called. Getting the p
