Dr. Braun and Rachael really went out of their way to help me with a vicious sinus infection. Including helping me to seek both care and additional medication when I was forced to travel out of state for work and my symptoms returned. This is a truly phenomenal urgent care and my experiences with their office have been nothing but smooth, efficient, and beyond helpful.

I came to the office to get my sons ears checked because I thought he had an ear infection. I was welcomed by Tiffani and Francis and they were doth welcoming and caring and Daryl called in the perception for me to walgreens and I called back the next morning because I had to switch locations and she was very understanding and friendly.

I took my brother to this urgent care for an abcess, the first amount I had to pay was 139. for a quarterly membership for their discounts and for a office visit which they said was discounted. My brother was told by the Dr. that he had to come back in two days to have packing removed. Then she said this procedure is $188. (with the discount) So I paid that also for him. She did say that when he came back in two days that that is included in the $188. payment. So I took him back today, not the same dr. this dr. says to him well the last dr. didn't pack it right it's infected we have to repack it and you have to come back on saturday. They wanted another $111. and the dr. was overheard by my brother arguing with the staff " I don't care what you have to do you figure it out this is what I have to do to him." I'm sure they all knew that this visit was supopsed to be already paid. Due to the first dr.'s inadequate packing, he now has a huge infection and they still want money!!

OnPoint is awesome. Very professional group, quick response, and very nice facilities. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I have never experienced such warm and compassionate care before. I had to bring both of my children in with me (think circus with untamed animals) and the staff was so kind and helpful. At one point, I had to have an x-ray taken and the wonderful nurse took my boys to the lobby and played in the play area with them. She even changed a diaper for me when my arm was being wrapped. They are amazing!

I have visted here 2x and both times I was in and out quicker than my family Drs office. They are all very friendly.

This is my second time to this urgent care. This time I was there with my daughter who was going on her third day of the stomach flu. Every single staff member was so warm and caring. We waited only a short while before seeing the doctor. He immediately recognized she was very dehydrated and put her on an IV right there in the office, with anti-nausea medication being dripped in. My daughter is doing so much better now. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I have been to this urgent care a number of times with my children, and each and everytime we have experienced wonderful service. The staff is caring and treats you with respect. I have never met a nicer group people.
