Stay away from these con artists they drove my wifes truck and scratched the hell out of her brand new bumper and put a big ship in it when I politely ask them about that they got extremely mad at me refused to take my money and kicked me out of their store. Doesn't sound guilty at all? I wish I would have done a little more research if you look around you will see tons of terrible reviews for these hackers

I gotta give credit to this family owned business. The quality is the same as any big retail store, but the price is much lower. Unbelievably lower. I recently bought nearly a $2000 alpine/ pioneer audio system (alpine subs and speakers and a pioneer radio). It's been nearly 3 years and the sound and performance is impeccable. The owner is one of the most genuine guys and the workers know what they are doing. Some people are just ignorant to the fact that they can't accept what they did wrong. (Keep in mind that most customers are low income and low educated individuals) This is a company that sells and installs car radios, stereo systems, window tints, and more at an incredible price. No doubt I will come back to Gorilla Sound.

Bought $1200 alpine system and $8.99 spl tweeters were installed. States attorney and bbb complaint filed .sung and sergio are less than honest.no resolution.

Please absolutely disregard the review below saying that Gorilla Sound is a bad place. I've been there faced with the same situation and I have been given such good treatment that it is very hard to believe something like that would happen. The workers are very knowledgeable and very sympathetic towards me and the prices are way lower than any other retail stores! My Audi A6 needed to have a new audio system, which is very hard to install in luxury cars, so I was recommended to go to Gorilla Sound and I have to say that was the best decision I had to make that had to deal with Cars. The prices are low and the services are great! I highly recommend this small family owned business for anyone out there who is in search for a new audio system.

Very professional with high quality product and service! I am usually very picky with what and who I want to choose to help upgrade my BMW with audio systems. Most places can't even work with luxury cars, but Gorilla Sound was able to complete the task and give me a very low and helpful price!

I was shopping around for a remote start/alarm system. I have to admit, I'm picky when it comes to my vehicle. I gave Sung (owner) a list of features I wanted the system to do. After a couple of minutes he came up with a system for my vehicle & almost $200 less than a major chain store was willing to do it. Like I said I'm picky, after they had installed the system I rechecked the work pulling panels off & checking the wires proper routing & connections. I'm very happy with the way I was treated & the installer did an excellent job installing the system. I would definitely recommend Gorilla Sound to anyone looking for accessories for thier vehicle.

I purchased a set of speakers on 4-2-2010. Renegade Model # RX6.2C. on the receipt it says 2 weeks for warranty. today is 4-13-2010. I had stopped by for a replacement (the speakers started to act up, blown) they said it was abuse and not covered. I had them hooked up to an amplifier rated at 50wattsX4. The speakers are rated at 100watts RMS/200 peak. This is not abuse, this is selling a sub par product that is falsely rated. Finally the "installer" went to talk with the owner. He came back and said they could send them out for a charge of $30.00. I left, telling them that I would not be back.
