Outstanding Surgeon. Before I met Dr Abikhaled, I consulted with another surgeon, who proposed a more extensive surgery than what I was expecting. I was surprised to learn the proposed surgery is the traditional procedure for my medical diagnosis. Considering the risk involved (plus a lifetime of meds), I needed to feel confident that at least other options were considered. So I sought a second opinion. Fortunately, I found Dr Abikhaled. He took the time to listen and allowed me to express my concerns without trying to convince me otherwise. He carefully explained the possible outcomes in surgery and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. His approach toward me as a patient gave me the confidence to trust his decision on which procedure would be best. My surgery went well. Dr Abikhaled skillfully performed a more difficult procedure than anticipated. I am grateful for his extra effort and very fortunate to have a better than expected outcome.
