Austin Engine Rebuilders rebuilt the engine in my 1994 toyota pickup for less than half the dealership?s bid to install a USED engine. I grew up around cars, and was immediately impressed by what Bobby has going on in his shop. This isn't an operation where you get a remanufactured engine put together with the cheapest parts available to cut costs. Bobby and his mechanic actually tear the engine down, inspect everything, and rebuild it with great parts. Not only did Bobby stick to the original price he gave me after finding more damage in my engine than anticipated...he went out of his way to find a quality workaround to replacing a $600 oil cooler. Bobby is a straight shooter, has a good warranty, and my truck hasn't ever run better during the six years I've owned it. This was also the only shop I found in good standing on the better business bureau website after several hours of research. If you need your engine rebuilt go straight to this shop.
