Not sure about the other folks (reviews) but all I saw when I was there were happy people. I wasn't left waiting long for my first visit/consultation. I didn't feel pressured or hurried. All my questions were answered. Dr Narsete was particularly nice, I thought. When I had my surgery, I was nervous but was quickly calmed down and I felt in good hands with the nurses and staff. My results were fabulous and I only wish I had had the surgery sooner. Who knows maybe they will use my before and after pic!Pros: easy to find, quick, free follow-ups Cons: should have done this sooner

I wouldn't go elsewhere besides Personique Surgery Center. I had another Dr in Ausitn do my Rhinoplasty and he totally messed it up. I went for second opinion to see Dr.Ersek I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. I had revision rhinoplasty done by Dr.Ersek and result is amazing!!! I HAVE A PERFECT NOSE NOW!!!!!!
