AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I would give this place zero stars if I could. As you can read from the other reviewers, their billing is out of control. But let's say, hypothetically, that you have tons of excess money to throw at those peasant doctors. STILL DO NOT COME HERE. The doctor was with me for only 7 minutes and he tried to argue my symptoms with me. He told me that if I have back pain that automatically means I have kidney stones! I had no idea the only cause of back pain was kidney stones, thanks Doc ;) Anywho, he did not listen to me and his incompetence was overwhelming. I really want to know where he went to medical school because they need to be shut down. I payed $250 for a urine sample and 7 mins with the doc. If you value your life, you will not come see these fools.

I wish I had read the warnings before going to First Choice. It will be my LAST Choice if I ever need medical attention. Even if my brains are hanging out, I will not go there. Yes. I was hit with a whopping $550 for 5 min with a doctor. Later billed $955 for a "facility fee". Going to a REAL hospital emergency room is much cheaper. They are taking advantage of people. If you have insurance be sure to check what your provider was charged. I can't believe they are getting away with this.

This place should be remembered as Facility Charge and Excessive Rate clinics.



They charge excessively for routine urgent care.



Should have been upfront about the costs before rendering service instead of surprising us with an exorbitant 1500$ bill for a throat swab to check on my daughter's sore throat.



My wife wanted to try this new facility as it was closer than Minuteclinic, Medclinic and Concentra. The staff said they'd treat urgent care but failed to inform us about a hefty 1000$ facility charge and a 300$ for a throat swab to check for pertussis 50$ for a pulse ox check( you can buy a pulse ox meter for 20$), 300$ for evaluation & management ...



How is a patient supposed to know that this place charges 8 times what a regular urgent care costs??



Either it was a billing error or this is highly unethical billing.

A co-worker told me how awesome this medical care center was, so I went, (foot was in bad shape). Got in, in less than 5 minutes. Everyone there was AWESOME! Doctor took his time with me, (answered every single question, no matter how insignificant it sounded), x-ray tech and nurse were super nice. Receptionist and office lady were very sweet. 1,000% satisfied. Thank you, everyone!
