How Do You Roll? is a unique sushi roll restaurant started by two brothers in Austin, Texas in 2008. Their goal was to bring quality sushi without pretension to our fast-paced society. HDYR? reinvents sushi by allowing customers to design their own sushi rolls, right in front of them. However, not only does HDYR? offer a healthy alternative to quick dining, but HDYR? also conducts business consciously, living by their mission statement of making the world better, one stomach at a time.
