Hired Island Homes to design and deliver beach house kitchen, bathrooms, floors and some lighting. Design work is very good, however very expensive kitchen and bathroom cabinets started to crack, chip and deteriorate after just three months of use. All now have to be replaced and Island Homes is denying any responsibility for what is clearly a defective paint baking job - despite adding thirty percent margin to all work and supplied materials. Very disappointing, and we're forced to go the legal route now. Buyer beware!
