No hot water in the bathroom. No speaking english, smells dirty.
Watch out! they seem to like to add fees to your room rate when you check in. Their website says one price of 55 dollars to 50 dollars per night. One day I went to check in again for a second night and the old man in charged to bill me 65 dollars on my credit card as supposed to the 55 dollar rate. I have no idea what made the man charge me 65 dollars. 15 dollars more than usual. When I first called, the lady said that the price is only 280 per week. I asked if tax was included and she said yes the total fee is 280 per week. Later on i wanted to take advantage of this rate but the man PRICE GOUGED me again and started to stumble in his words as he explained the extra charge and charged me 310 for one week, 30 dollars more than the price i was first quoted over the phone. Watch your credit card statements and make sure they are not trying to stick you for more money. Also, this staff is kind of unfriendly and they run this blower at 8 in the morning waking up everyone. There is also a fly problem. keep your doors closed. The man was very abrupt when he tried to tell me how to drive on the property because he has kids. Aint no one thinking about those kids. Your back may hurt also after sleeping on their beds. And they have 2 box springs under the king mattress which is kinda ghetto as well.
