      very helpful, assisted me when i couldn't get anywhere with the insurance on my case. He did everything he promised, i didn't have to pay out of my pocket for any of my medical bills!

      very slow, never talks to you in person or over the phone after you hire him. never sends documents requested, rarely returns voice mail call requests. hard to get his e-mail address. took more than 2 yrs. to file
