I was told the same from them about having to get used to my glasses, which in fifty years of wearing glasses I have never had to do. I told them this on the first fitting but was told to try them for a few days to see if I could adjust to the pheriferial vision. I took them back three days later and said, "I can't see out of these, they need to be fixed, I paid $400.00 for glasses I can't seen through." Still going on about this and they are going to consult about it and get back to me. Can't help feeling, I'm not gonna get them fixed. I may have to take it higher, but who runs the optical store? I'll try the BBB.

I wish I had looked up this site before I went to get my glasses here, I waited three weeks for them to call that my glasses were in to be fitted and -picked up. I called and was told they were still not in, but to call back tomorrow because they were getting in an evening delivery. I called back the next day and was told they were still not in, they would call me when they came in. Three more days and I called them, I was told they had called me in the second week and left a message that my order was in and to come anytime to pick them up, I was furious, in this age of tech I checked the messages on my cell and there was no incoming call or message from that office, which I told them about. No apology, nothing, I'll never go back there. the star is only because I had to.

This place is awful! If you would like to waste hours upon hours of your life going back and forth to this place because they ordered the wrong prescription, failed to write down an appointment they scheduled you twice, and wait over a month for your contacts go here. The doctors are great it is unfortunate that something in the office is just not working.

Pikesville Off.: lovely years ago. However, it consistently declines. The doctors are generally courteous, but the support staff is disgusting and the office is too busy trying to make money to find time and effort to fix the issues with the unprofessional staff. In this economy, especially, many individual are trying to save and make money. However, poor business practice is evident since the doctors in this office have decided to continue to use and support rude and unprofessional support staff. However, it would be good business sense and practice to invest in those that your patients/clients deal with most. That is how you bring more and more business in *and* get the business/clients/money to stay. One can be a good doctor, or other good professional/business person. However, if patients/clients consistently deal with rude, inpatient, lying, and generally unprofessional staff, it hurts the business, as a whole, in the end. This office is not worth your time and energy now

I thought everyone was nice but they talked me into transition lenses and I cannot see out of them After 4 months. They say I have to get use to them. Do I need to reck my car to prove a point?

I thought that Dr.Gordon was very nice. I warn you not to get the transitions if you drive a lot because they do not work while driving and that night glare addition... another waste of your money! They scratch very easily as a result of that chemical. my glasses cost me out of pocket almost $300. and that was not including what they got from my insurance. Yes, I did agree to the added expense but I was not informed properly. After they became so scratched that I could no longer see through them I decided to call to see if I could stop in to see Dr.Gordon. I was repeatedly told that they were busy, he was not in, he was called out of town for an emergency, etc. Finally I dropped them off and asked one of the girls to speak to him about this matter. They said they would call me... well 3 weeks later I finally called them to see what was up. I was told sorry, they aren't under warranty any longer! So there you have it...$300. down the drain and I no longer have insurance! Denise Langkam
