Called and tried to get information and was hung up on

The movers were there about 15 minutes before the planned time for my move to go over the contract and anything else I had questions with. All of my boxes were packed, and they wrapped all of my larger furniture and handled everything carefully and efficiently. My entire move from one apartment to another took no more than 3 hours and the final cost was much less than anticipated. Not to mention the movers were some cool fellas as well. I definitely would recommend using Baltimore Best Movers and I'll use them again in the future!

This company is great, the movers took care of the most oddball delicate and enormous pieces in my collection of unusual furniture and belongings. The crew kept us informed of everything they were doing throughout the pick up process and wrapped our items with great care. Nearly 80% of our belongings are made of glass and not one item had a blemish when we unpacked. Our move was coordinated with perfect timing and excellent communication with the company's customer service and the owner his name is Victor who personally came to our house to make sure everything is OK! Really the Best Movers in Baltimore!

I read so many great reviews on the Internet including such serious engines like Google, Insider Pages and Judy's Book posted by satisfied customers for Best Movers Baltimore Moving Company that I called them for a quote on my move from Catonsville to Bel Air. I spoke with Anna at the company's Customer Support and she guided me through the beginning process and what to look for in a moving company and the questions to ask all the other companies that were quoting me as well. She took my information and told me she would contact me momentarily and within 10 minutes Anna called me with the flat-rate binding quote. She was very helpful and asked me questions that most of the other companies did not ask and answered all of my questions without hesitation. She quoted me $1100 initially ( not much since I have 5 bedroom house) and after speaking with 10 other companies I called here with their quotes to see if she could do any better. Here email said they would beat the quote of any reputable competitor and one of the quotes was the exact same services (so I thought) for 1000.00 when I forwarded the quote to them she actually picked it apart and saved me from making a dire mistake because she told me that the quote was actually based on cubic feet (which has been outlawed for local moves by the D.O.T she told me) and that it did not include a gas fee, or several other fees. And then at that point I decided to move with Best Movers Baltimore Moving Company because to be honest, I liked Anna and she was up front and honest about everything. The actual move went great and everything was picked-up on time, delivered on time and I was not charged anything but my original quote. I would and will recommend this moving company to anyone that I know is moving in Baltimore area.

Myself and my family just relocated from Downtown Baltimore to Ellicott City due to work. I myself am so busy during the work week that was virtually impossible to pack and my wife is two busy with our little ones so we decided to hire a movers company completely pack my home and delivery me down to my new residence. Last Sunday June,27,2010 we hired Baltimore Best Movers for our move from Ellicott City to Washington DC. I want to write this review since I promised I will let everybody know how nice and reliable movers can be! The crew ( Michael, Sergey, Oleg and their foreman John) arrived right on time( and please do not forget- it was on Sunday afternoon!!! ))) and started right to work. It took about 8 hours to complete the entire move, and when finally the last box was unpacked in my new apartment in Washingotn DC, I realised how happy I am to choose the right moving company!

Local Movers Atlanta Moving and Storage was so far the best moving company I've hired, and I used to move a lot. Our medical office relocation from Downtown Baltimore to Ellicott City was a pleasant moving experience, the movers arrived on time, they worked very fast and were such nice and pollite! The foreman ( his name is Paul ) was a great guy with a lot of moving experience, he is definitely The Specialist! Thanks for the move!
