These guys really know how to barbeque. I enjoy stopping in when I am in the area. The ribs fall right off the bone and the specialty sauce is delicious. I always bring extra ribs when I visit them. I definitely recommend to check them out.

Yeah boy! That's the real deal!! Great pulled pork,the heat in the carolina sauce is respectable,beans & slaw are perfect.

This place is by far the best BBQ spot my husband and I have been to. We travel from Bethlehem usually once a week to get some ribs. Definitely worth the ride!!!!

We were so excited to see you at the NEPA Blue Grass Festival! I got my pulled pork sandwich "fix" until we see you again! Thanks for making our Festival weekend complete. Oh, and the ribs were outstanding!

Highly recommend Little Creek if your looking for true southern BBQ. The ribs were outstanding and the brisket can't be beat. The kids also loved the Etouffe.

This place really is great- you can tast the smoke, but it doesn't over power the meat. Their Carolina sauce is excellent, as well as their own bbq sauce. The only drawback is that it is take out only. We can't wait for warmer weather so we can take advantage of the picnic tables outside. We wish them all the best and hope they stick around.....

the food here is great,the baked beans are to die for,and they throw in pickled okra in every order.I never new what pickled okra was,and its good.

I've been to every bbq place in the lehigh valley,and although brand new,these guys know bbq.They are by far the best yet.They offer all meat with sauce on the side...and now I know why,because it doesn't need any! Although their menu is basic,they haven't failed yet to impress me with their consistancy and quality.These folks also do the barbecue competitions like you see on tv,and have won some awards that they display in their place,and this,I'm sure is why they're on their game.
