The wait time was absolutely rediculous! You would be seen faster at an after hours clinic.

I went here for a work-related injury as an emergency visit. I needed to have some blood tests done. The lady at the front quoted me an amount, and I agreed to go forward with getting the tests done. When I was finished, the lady in the front asked me to pay a different amount than what was quoted. On top of that, I was sent a separate lab bill from the lab company who runs the tests. No one at Core told me that I would have a separate charge from the lab, let alone that it would $469 on top of my visit fee. If there is a separate lab charge, these people need to tell you all the charges up front. The front desk does not seem to know what they are doing. This is not how you do business with patients. It is dishonest to not give the patient all the fees up front. If I had known all this, I would have just gone to my regular doctor. Save yourself the hassle and expense and go to someone you can trust.

The only reason I gave it two stars was because after going to two other walk in places in town that each had a 3 hour wait they saw me right away. That being said, I am the kind of person that rarely goes to the doc and only then if I am absolutely miserable. He told me to take ibuprofen and cough drops. Wow. Really? The very thing I had been doing already for three days with no relief. No shot, no script. Just keep doing what you're doing. Next time I'll take the three hour wait to see a real doc.

I was in a car accident and had hurt my right shoulder from the seat belt. I did not want to ring up a $10,000 emergency room bill for my insurance company so called my primary doctor. Of course he wanted X-Rays. I poped into the CORE Health Family Walk-In Clinic, they did a complete X-Ray series and I was off to my doctor with a Disc containing the X-Rays. My Doctor was very impress and I did not have serious damage. Oh, the insurance company was very happy. EC

I had been in an auto accident and was seeing my family GP for 10:00 am. At 8:30 am his office called to say they needed X-Rays. I went to CORE Family Walk-in at 9:00 am was arrived at my appointment, on time, with digital X-Rays on a DVD for my Doctor. Extremely professional and friendly personnel. I highly recommend this clinic!

We stopped here while passing through Baton Rouge and this is a great place to go. We got right in and out very quickly. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area needing urgent care. Very proffesional

I brought my daughter here when she was feeling sick. I was so fed up with other clinics in the area and this place was great. I got in with almost no wait time. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and the doctor we saw was proffesional. For the first time I didn't feel like we were rushed, they actually took the time to listen to me and our problem. The clinic itself was very charming and I will certainly come back in the event that she or I get sick.
