It is a casual dining restaurant that was founded in 1971 by three local businessmen from Nashville, Tenn. The restaurant is known for its award-winning prime rib and baby back ribs, as well as desserts made from scratch. Its menu also features a variety of hardwood-grilled steaks, salmon, seafood, soups, entr es, salads, burgers and sandwiches. The restaurant maintains one of its locations in Baton Rouge, La., and features a variety of architectural designs, building finishes and original artwork to provide its guests with an attractive environment.
