I've been a loyal customer for years and Jenny's is one of the best salons in de!!! She always has the newest trends. I would never stop going to Jenny's, well unless I moved out of state. Everyone is super nice to me and I always leave very happy and satisfied. Trish is the best!!!

I bought my friend a Mani/pedi gift certificate from Jenny's for her birthday. My friends dog chewed on it. I told her I'm sure its fine just tape it. When she presented it to Jenny she denied the certificate stating that she could have got it out of the trash from a previous customer. Unbelievable! Never went back and never will. Was out $30

Never had a bad experience at Jenny's. One of the benefits of moving up into management and owning your own business is selecting which services you will handle personally. Jenny has a strong staff.. even if Jenny isn't waiting on you herself you are always in good hands !

If I'd been asked 6 months ago to write a review I would have raved about Jenny and her business. I've been a loyal customer for many years (even before she opened her own business) After moving from DE to Phila. I still traveled to support her business. She was good. After opening her own salon, she changed. She no longer wanted to do pedicures. She would not even service me any longer claiming that "she could not be in the back doing pedicures needing to watch the money." I even offered to come at the end of her business day and be her last customer. She told me not on a weekend. I live in Phila and work, the weekends is all I have. This a loyal customer that has been supporting her & her business for at least seven years.Although I have referred tons of people to her, I would not recommend this business to anyone nor would I ever give her another cent. I'm disappointed and angry at her poor customer service. Not sure if she realizes that it's people like me that keep her in business
