I have been a customer for years. I use to be a customer of a large corp. company. Switching to this family owned business made my life a lot easier!

Someone down the street recommended Corbin Fuel and I have no regrets in switching. I only deal with them when calling to update credit card information on file (more frequently due to chip, etc.) as I have automatic billing. Whoever I talk to on phone is friendly. At the end of the day I receive regular fuel delivery at a fair, extremely competitive price from a company that makes me feel valued.

Great company and great people. Will never use anyone else. Best prices, deliver when needed, and always friendly.

We have a service contract on our furnace with them. I called, because the blower is tripping the circuit breaker so no heat and since the blower shuts down it won't allow the AC to cool appropriately. Their response is it is "air conditioning season." Since it is a "AC season" the furnace is not covered, but they will send somebody out to service the AC for $128 plus parts. I asked if I call back in three month during heating season if it will be covered, Yes, during heating season. It was cold the other morning - - no heat. Ohhh!!! that's right it's "air conditioning season!!!!"

Service is very bad , My tank ran out of oil had to call them to refill during the year contract . After contract period I hired a new oil company . Corbin came and topped off tank after not delivering for one year and four mounths and not leaving a delivery ticket . When they did send the bill they said I was late . I paid bill but will not ever use them again.

It's not that they are expensive or don’t deliver on time. It's about ethnics and how they treat their customers. They tried installing a cheaper made humidifier and charging the same price. Luckily we caught this and had them install what was on the contract. The installers tried to place the thermostat next to the front door so that the cold air would cause the heat to come on. We had to hold their hand and show them the proper place to put it. After the install, the installers insulted me by saying to my face "no offense but you’re a women and don't know about this stuff" while he was trying to explain changing the filter. As if I couldn't comprehend (which would have been too big of a word for this installer to use) how to change a filter. They wired the thermostat wrong and it would only run on one setting. I called about this and they put me in touch with the owner. The owner (Mark) tried to tell me that we didn't know how to use the thermostat. After arguing with him on the phone, it took them a week to send someone out. The same installer came out. He had to swallow his pride and tell me that I was right and that it was wired wrong. Then he proceeded to blame it on his poor apprentice. I looked right at him and said, "That's funny, I remember you doing the wiring." He just looked at me not saying a word and left. When they called to ask how the install went and I told them. The only thing they could say to me was, “oh I’m sorry about that.” That's my Corbin Fuel Company experience! Needless to say we switched companies immediately after that.
