      I live in Texas. My brother lived in Los Angeles, CA. where he passed away. We employed Cremation Society of Los Angeles to cremate him so that his remains could be sent home. After payment, I received remains maybe a week an a half later. The remains were not those of my brother, but of a female. It was a horrible, horrible, mix up and there are no words to express how upsetting this was for me. When I called and told them, they denied liability and stated that the Post Office mixed up the labels somehow. This emotionally drained me and I would hate to have this happen to someone else.

We have made the forms necessary for the cremation process available on our website, which allows families the comfort of completing the necessary paperwork from their home. We use a licensed crematory which is inspected regularly by our staff. It is our policy that the crematory be available for your inspection if you desire to do so.       We are able to offer a rush cremation service in which the cremation is performed within 24 hours of the receipt of a Health Department Disposition Permit. If desired, we can arrange for an identification viewing of the deceased before the cremation takes place. It is also possible to witness the cremation container being placed into the chamber. We can arrange a memorial service using a church or a faculty of your choice. We offer a graveside service if the disposition of the cremated remains will be in a cemetery. A wide variety of urns which can be viewed on our website. Our urns are of the finest quality; yet, offered at low prices. Pre-arrangements are available for those who wish to relieve their family of the burden of making any decisions regarding cremation arrangements.
