They seem to be always leaving way early, coming in late on the weekends, or not at all. After speaking to the guy on the phone today he told me that he would be there until five. I was there just after 410. They were closed. I really really needed that sewer snake. I have kids to make dinner for. I hope a situation never rises that I am tempted to go back because this is old.

Very professional and inexpensive

Rented a lawn airator for the day. It worked great. I will be back next spring, too do it again.

Harold's didn't have what I needed. (hand held core drill) but, shockingly, they looked up the product and referred me to a competitor. That is customer service in the highest form. They'll always be my 1st call for specialty tools.

I found this rental to be one of the nice place I've had ever rented from. I was having a party for my mom and dad and need 200 chairs and 10 tables. I had called and no one had any at that time. I called Harold's Rental and they also had none. The guy said hold on let me see what I can do to help you. He soon called me back to tell me he would have them for me. He had called other rentals and rented as many as he could to fill my order for me. He said he had to go to 5 different rental shops to come up with what I needed. I would like to say thank you so much. When no one else could help Harold's Rental went out of there way to help me have a nice party for my parents.
