My friend asked me to recommend a good Benz shop and although tried many shops I never found a good one so I recommended this place since I hadn't yet used it. He tried them and gave them a glowing review and highly recommended them. So then my B service came up on my C Class and I brought it here. James gave me the best quote in town and had it done within 2 hours after I dropped it off. They did an inspection which found my battery to be just under spec as it was 5 years old so I replaced it while they had the cabin filter removed. This is the only honest shop I've ever used in Bellevue. They are less than a year old and sure have earned this review. Thank you!

James has been my mechanic for 3 years now. I like him because he is very knowledgeable of cars and he has always been priced great. He's down to earth so it makes it easy to talk with him about any concerns I may have had with my car prior to bringing it in for a service. After he diagnoses it he lets me know what my options are explaining it in a way a non-mechanic would understand. Besides routine services he has replaced a power window button, broken door handle, and got rid of some pesky diagnostics on my console that wouldn't go away. James takes care of my car and keeps it running smoothly.

I picked this place solely on the fact that they were open on a Saturday and now they have a customer for life. James is absolutely wonderful. He was able to fit me in last minute on a Saturday and had my car fixed super quickly and I paid less than I thought I would have to.

I took my vehicle in for a check because It'd been leaking power steering fluid James Villian the mechanic assessed that I needed a power steering rack. It was a special order part he got it in a timely manner, told me what to do in the time between the part arriving and replacing so I could get to work for those couple days then replaced the part quickly when it came. I even got an alignment out of the deal. I will continue to take my vehicles to him! Great customer service

I just had my Touareg serviced for rear brakes and an oil change. I called a couple of weeks ago based on the positive Yelp reviews and had a meaningful discussion with James about servicing the brakes. I finally had a chance to drop off the car this morning and had a positive experience. James and his associate are helpful and friendly. They replaced a burned out tail light without being asked and informed me that the reason I have had to replace bulbs multiple times in the past is because I have been using non-German, low quality bulbs. True! This demonstrates both experience and a strong customer service attitude and I will definitely be returning for future service needs. Attention to detail matters. The location is also conveniently located on Northup Way in Bellevue with easy access on to/off of 520. Pricing is fair and reasonable.

I'm not very knowledgeable about cars and don't generally like repair shops as the prices drive me nuts. My Mercedes GL450 was not running right and I decided to stop here on the recommendation of a friend. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed in a very timely manner at a price that I felt was very reasonable. Thanks for the great service. I will be bringing my car back for all of my service needs.
