      Dr Austin and staff are very friendly, reassuring and professional. I have been to two other dentists in the past 14 years and would not let either of them replace the crown that they both wanted to replace due to "possible decay under the crown". My reluctance to replace it came from loosing two other teeth due to dental work that didn't really need to be done. Dr Austin took a lot of care in explaining the procedure and showed me, in detail, why the trauma to the tooth would be minimized and why it would be better to have the crown replaced. He increased my confidence level so I had the work done. I now have a new crown and peace of mind. Thanks for taking the time to educate me!

      Dr James Austin & Associates is a family dental practice open since 1981. Our patients love our state of the art facility and equipment. We treat our patients, with honesty and integrity. One of my patients said it best:Does anyone enjoy going to the dentist? I do. I have been a patient of Dr. Austins and his great staff for many years and have always been pleased with my experiences. Dr Austin is gentle, attuned to the fear vs. oral health quandary, he uses cutting edge technology, his work is outstanding, and he has flexibility in scheduling. Several years ago I asked if Invisalign could possibly straighten my over-50 adult teeth, due to my narrow jaw, my nearly crossed front teeth and my age. Thanks to Dr. Austin I now have a beautiful smile as well as a perfect bite and no more TMJ issues! I have never once felt a needle prick or experienced any pain while sitting in Dr. Austins chair, and that includes during crowns (which take only one sitting!), replacement of fillings and many routine cleanings and checkups. I highly recommend Dr. Austin to all of my friends and anyone who may experience dental anxiety. A visit to Dr. Austins office is like a visit with friends youll be glad you went.Joyce
