What others say about him is similar to me and my families experience, the only time he ever called me in a three year case was when he wanted money. When trial came he was paid in full, and had obviously done zero research, follow up, or preparation to earn the $10,000 he had charged for a misdemeanor 1st offense. He has horrible court presence and no courtroom experience. He actually tried to make it as if it was my fault that we lost. (even though I did EXACTLY everything he told me to do) The judge asked him THREE times if this was the route he wished to go down! Plead "No Contest" before hiring this clown. Do not be fooled fellow vets by that Army sign in front of his office. EX Infantry SGM turned lawyer, Man was this ex 1SG a chump.

We work with this group for almost 2 years, started out strong and very helpful. As our case proceeded several things, I never got calls back when I was told I would, had to call in several times just to make sure things were getting done, not to mention even though they say they will do something if you call in because you haven't heard from them your charged again. Charged every call, email, etc even if it's something they gave you their word they would have done or completed. Mr. Glass was professional with us for the first 6mnths after that when we got a temporary order put in to have custody of my stepchildren he did not follow through on the things he committed to. NO communication between him and his desk personal, even though both Dawn and Racquel were a joy and pleasure to speak with, if it were not for them we would not have hung around as long as we did. After another issue arose with our case, we followed the advise given to us by his assistant and then got our hand spanked for following the advice from HIS office!!! My family invested a lot of money in his practice and followed every advice and recommendation we were given, to be treated in the end like stupid people or even worse ignored is completely inexcusable. Despite the amazing care his assistants did give my family, his lack of care for his clients is beyond disrespectful. Mr. Glass is a smart lawyer, but his lack of respect and courtesy to his clients who pay him for his time and services is the worst I have seen. Please consider carefully before using this office, especially if you think you can get a hold of anyone, it's dang near impossible and leaving a voicemail is a waste of time!!!

What type of lawyer says they do not like to fight for child custody when CPS is involved. Waste of time and energy.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with an attorney and I work with lawyers on a daily basis. They promised us they would have our case started in a week and it was over a month a half and it was finally started. Only due to me having to call and email them constantly. Not only did they take too long to do what they promised us but they nickled and dimed us for every email and phone call we made which were mainly due to them not doing their jobs so we had to call and email them to get them to move on it. I asked them to work on the bill with us since, for example, there is no way it took an hour to read four emails from me and they completely refused and sent me a letter in the mail terminating our contract. I tried contacting them again after I received the letter with no response. We spent 1500.00 and recieved nothing out of it. Beware of attornies with a lack of reviews. We are paying for it, metaphorically and literally.

I had a lawyer who took all my money and drug out my case .....almost 4 years later Kurt glass got my case and within months I was divorce ...he was very professional called and kept me up dated and didn't screw me over misleading me on what would happen. If you want an honest upfront man he's the best lawyer I know....and if I need a lawyer again I will contact his office..l always recommend him to my friends and I've had a few go and they agree...thank you for your time reading my review...
