If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My Mom s 3 year old washer quit working. Lowes (where they bought it) called Dad s in to repair it. They came out and said a board that cost over $200 was needed to fix my Mom s washer. Then they came out once a week for 4 weeks with the wrong part. My parents had to either take off work or have me drive out to their house to meet the them because they wouldn t be flexible on their times, and then they were often so late that my Parents would have been home anyway and didn t need to take off work early or have me there. Finally, on the sixth week they showed up with the right part, but hooked it up and the washer still didn t work. They have now told my Parents that they can t get the part which is actually needed, so they won t be fixing their washer. They are willing to refund the cost of the part but not the service call fee because they did do the service call. Really? So my Parents have been through all of this and been washing their clothes at a laundrymat for 6 weeks and they still don t have their washer fixed. I have no idea why in the world why Lowes would be using them, but I definitely won t ever. And after this experience with my Parents, I won t buy a Samsung washer (breaks after 3 years? and a part isn t available for a model that is only 3 years old?). And for that matter I probably won t bother with Lowes either if they don t sell better products or associate themselves with better services.

Awful Awful service They don t show up when appointment is scheduled. Keep canceling appointment after appointment with little to know notice. Pay little more and get better service and better quality work it will be worth it in the long run.

I HAD CALLED IN TO DADS APPLIANCE NEEDING MY DRYER FIXED ASAP THEY WORKED ME IN THE SAME DAY AND THE OFFICE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO HELP ME. I HAVE TWO YOUNG KIDS AND A VERY BUSY SCHEDULE AND THEY WORKED WITH ME AND CALLED ME IN ADVANCE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY AND THEY HAD MY PART IN STOCK SO THEY WAS ABLE TO FIX IT THE SAME DAY. TECH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANYBODY NEEDING THEIR APPLIANCE FIXED.

While replacing a part within our dishwasher didnt properly cut off water and flooded our kitchen,downstairs,and basement causing water damage through out the down stairs.After promising to fix the problem , and setting up many app. THEY did not keep, we were told we "cursed out a tech" and that they where not going to fix what they had damaged (though we have EVERY visit and phone call recorded and THAT DID NOT happen. EVEN IF THAT HAD happened, that is NOT grounds for not fixing DAMAGE caused by YOUR company) We tried to file a BBT claim but they ARE NOT in the system. Now our only option is small claims court . The owner HIMSELF is on recording stating it would be fixed and never was. Will provide ANYONE with recordings stated above Do yourself a favor save your HOME and your time!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!
