Jo Jo Carlonis Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria is committed to providing you with high quality ingredients, which means we never use hydrogenated oils, food additives, or flavor enhancers. In each of our handmade pizzas, we use clean flour that is non-bromated and unbleached. Our dough is made with pure extra virgin olive oil and is suitable for vegans.
