General Info
Welcome to Richard A. Kocurek's Law Office! Richard A. Kocurek is a lawyer with offices in both Berwyn, Illinois and Glen Ellyn, Illinois. He has been in private practice for 27 years. Richard specializes in Real Estate, estate planning and probate matters and offers personal service from a small, friendly office. Our office takes pride in charging reasonable rates and taking the time to get to know our clients. Since opening my office, I have offered to make house calls for the disabled. My office handles real estate closings and probates in both Cook and DuPage Counties. If you are purchasing or selling a home or business, my office is ready to assist you. My secretaries average 15 years experience and are not only friendly, but knowledgeable about what needs to be done and how best to assist our clients. Our office is able to handle probates, clearance of estates, and estate planning for your future needs. We can help you prepare your Living Trust, Revocable Trust, Land Trust, Will, durable power of attorney, health care power of attorney, living will or any other documents or estate planning tools that may best fit your needs. Estate planning is one of the most important steps any person can take to make sure that their property, and health care wishes are honored and protected , and that their loved ones are provided for in the event of their absence or death. Our office can prepare all the documents necessary to implement your estate plan, including Wills, Trusts and powers of attorney for health care and/or property. Proper estate planning can answer questions such as "are my children provided for?", "Has or can probate be avoided?", "Are my assets passing to the parties I want them to pass to?", "Who will take care of my children?" and "Who will make health care decisions and/or financial decisions should I become unable to do so?" If you are planning for the future, we will take the time to secure the long and short term goals for you and your
