Chris was willing and able to provide a solution over the phone to my garage door opening (seemingly) by itself. Following Chris' instructions, I was able to fix the problem. I will definitely use his service again. He was polite and professional, and timely in returning my calls.

I had an issue with the door not shutting recently and he walked me through different things I could do over the phone until the problem was resolved.
