Welcome! Mother Earth Massage offers therapeutic massage for pain and stress reduction by owner, Laura Morledge. Laura is a Montana Licensed Massage Therapist # 5872, a Prenatal and Perinatal Massage Therapist Specialist, certified by Michelle Kolakoski with Body Therapy Associates and Carol Osborne in their 32 hour hands-on certification, a Reiki II healer, trained in Usui tradition, by Vicka Lanier, a Theta Healer trained by Dr David Flaten. She is a member of the ABMP - Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and fully insured by this organization. Laura states: With an intuitive combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, I use hot stones, doTERRA essential oils, Reiki and Theta energy to enhance your massage experience. I feel it is my job to help your body with the body/mind connection, finding hidden problems as well as addressing known problems. Together working with a pain scale from one to ten, seven being pleasure/pain intensity. My aim is to never go above a seven. Instead, I use energy and visualization to work through the process of letting go of the imbalances and adhesions, without the next day and second day pain that deep tissue massage can sometimes cause. Through massage, I strive to help the body recognize where it needs to do its work instead of trying to force my will upon it. Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit with a relaxing massage in this healing environment. Prenatal and Postnatal Massage Clients: All second and third trimester prenatal massages are done in the side-lying position with a superior comforting memory-foam system. New infants and partners can attend postnatal appointment. The first postnatal massage best done within first 48 hours after giving birth.
