I highly recommend Mr. Transmission, they checked my car and diagnosed the problem fast and efficiently. They kept me updated through out the entire process! These guys are very professional and friendly! Thanks guys for getting me back on the road!

Their communication skills overall are terrible. If you ever get a phone call from them, they are incredibly unclear, unless it's Amberlyn you're speaking with. It took them 2 days to get my timing belt replacement STARTED because I was in class the close of the first business day they had it, so I couldn't take their call, and the second business day, Amberlyn was out sick, and Bill has severe CRS, so he didn't call me back after my initial call that second morning. In addition, my car was tossed, and my GPS unit is missing. How's that for awesome service?
