Hello,I brought my wife's van to your shop a few weeks ago because of a concern with the power steering.We were from out of town at Childern's Hospital and had a 4 hour ride home.My wife& I are believers,but I have to tell you that we were being stretched beyond what we thought we could handle.Not being familiar with B-ham I opened the white pages to your ad and called your shop.I explained my situstion with the van and you told me come on in.I was concerned about being taken advantage of.Nothing could have been farther from the truth of what was to happen.From the moment I walked in and you greeted me,I was at peace.Everything worked out well&you were able to determine that I did not have any big issues,corrected the small stuff&gave me an oil change along with a book"Dear Lord Why?" You would only accept a handshake for payment. Danny,I am grateful that I was led to your shop.I pray that God-who meets all of our needs in ways we don't expect - will suprise you with His favor.Chris

This is the best service center I ever been to. They are helpful,nice,I loved the whole experience. My vehicle was ready on time. Never had that anywhere else. My vehicle will never go anywhere else for anything. I can't say enough good things about Superior Automotive. There name says it all. If you want superior service you found it.

I have never been so pleased with a service center in my entire life!!! It's one of those rare, customer service oriented places. The prices are very reasonable & they bend over backwards to help you-even if they aren't profiting from it! I was shocked by the whole experience & will never go anywhere else! Their wall is covered with years worth of service excellence plaques & now I know why...
