A travlers insured hit me almost 2 years ago and the girl told the insurance company it was 100% her fault. I had several problems after the accident but two problems that persist and have limmited my life in what I can and can't do. I couldn't continue to go to the doctor because they still have not paid the first 4 visits. They offered me $2000 compensation for my bills and injury. They do not return calls. They yell at me on the phone. Very unprofessional. They have switched my rep about 4 times now. They don't care that I have 2 small children to care for and I can barely use my right hand. I am right handed. I give them a -10 rating.
