I found Dr Martinez to be knowledgeable. We had a game plan from the initial consult- he knew Id been in pain going on 2 years after an MVA. I had an MRI so he knew which Tx to use, and at the follow up there was no pain relief given or scheduled, and I was told to schedule in the new year for my first injection. Called to leave a msg for the Dr and whoever answers for him needs a vacation-- or therapy. She was rude, asked me my nam 3x-- fine) and then berated me when I spelled it for her (nicely) THEN as I attempted to tell her what was happening, instead of listening, she talked over me, then gaslit me and said I was yelling at her, told me she was going to hold the phone away from her ear, that the Dr wouldnt get a message without her say so, and basically oh well too bad that I was in pain. Not even a, can I call you back, let me see what the Dr really wants to do. I cant imagine he wants you in pain until 2020. Nope. Just verbal abuse, gaslighting, ad no response whatsoever after that call. Its a shame he doesnt know his employees act this way to his patients. Perhaps when he loses enough he will figure it out. I am filing an official complaint in the mean time. I literally have a spinal trauma and theyve done nothing but berate me and verbally assault me for daring to ask why I wasnt getting any relief. Someday they will be in pain, and they too will deal with an "Becky with an advanced fax degree."
