Dr. Friend's assistant was very pleasant. There were snacks in the very nice waiting room and I was taken in ON TIME, a first for me in a doctor's office. Dr. Friend took lots of time with me and then explained my problem so that I could understand. His assistance called the same day as my test with my report. His fees were very reasonable. His office doesn't take any insurance but they gave me a filled out form after I paid my bill and my insurance company later paid me almost 70% of his fee. I understand that for Medicare patients he gives a very large discount. He has a great reputation (my aunt had seen him 22 years ago) and his card indicates that he is a full professor. I was very impressed.
