      Todd A. Noble, O.D. is a native Idahoan. He was born and raised in Emmett, Idaho, and graduated from Emmett High School. Dr. Noble completed the majority of his undergraduate work at the University of Idaho. He received his undergraduate degree in Visual Science from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, and continued on to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University. He graduated with honors in both his undergraduate and doctoral degree programs. Upon completing his schooling, Dr. Noble completed internships in pediatric vision care, ocular disease, LASIK co-management and vision therapy at Pacific Universitys various clinics throughout the Portland, Oregon, area. He then completed an internship in broad-based primary eye care and LASIK co-management at Roosevelt Vision Source in Seattle, Washington. In addition, Dr. Noble completed his third internship specializing in ocular disease and cataract co-management at the Roseburg, Oregon, Veterans Hospital. Dr. Noble has continued to develop a family friendly, broad-based primary eye care practice at Ada Vision Center. He has a passion for eye care and a determination to treat each patient like a member of his family. Having had the unique opportunity to co-manage over 4000 refractive eye procedures, Dr. Noble is well-versed in selecting a good refractive surgery candidate. He will take the time to discuss, one-on-one, which procedure is right for you. As a refractive surgery patient, you can trust that you are in good hands with the expertise of Dr. Noble and the staff of Ada Vision Center. Because he has no direct tie with any particular surgery center, Dr. Noble is in a unique position to select the surgeon that is the best match for you and your eyes. His strength is in extremely thorough pre-operation evaluations and in the proper education of his refractive surgery patients, both of which are critical to achieving positive and expected outcomes.
