In the spirit of holistic healing, a primary goal of Holistic Hypnosis is to provide our patients with a broader understanding of health and a more lasting sense of well-being. Instead of the traditional in and out methods of hypnotherapy, Holistic Hypnosis applies a patient-centered approach that addresses the whole person rather than simply the symptoms. At Holistic Hypnosis the client is healed in mind, body and soul. Holistic Hypnosis uses a variety of techniques to aid the client in becoming his or her whole self. This is done through Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Self Hypnosis, Weekly Classes, Groups, Diet Management, Spiritual Counseling and more. What this means is that patient and provider work together to develop an integrated therapeutic plan that will best address the whole patient, in mind, body and soul.
