STARS West YMCA clinic is dedicated to quality physical therapy care in Boise and throughout the Treasure Valley. All STARS facilities have achieved the highest level of accreditation by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), FOTO (Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes) and other third-party programs that track patient care quality. STARS is the only accredited provider of single-disciplinary outpatient services in the state of Idaho.
