Fuji Cafe and Bar is Boulder's premiere source for fresh, fast, and affordable Japanese and Sherpa food! Inspired by the founders' passion for the native cuisine of their two homelands, we have combined these delicious culinary traditions. Come in for a hot cup of Sherpa Chai in the morning, some rice balls at lunch, or a curry to go for dinner. Whatever you're craving, you'll find it at Boulder's new Fuji Cafe and Bar! All Fuji Cafe and Bar dishes are made-to-order from authentic recipes using only high-quality, heart-healthy, and low-fat ingredients. We also take custom orders and whip up specials at head chef Dawa Sherpa's whim. If you don't see what you like, just ask, and we can most likely throw it together for you!
