      North Boulder Counseling has Colorado's best Anxiety treatment team. This means we have experienced professionals who work with children, teens, and all stages of adulthood. We pride ourselves on the perfect balance between skills and approachability. While we specialize in anxiety, anxiety intersects with a lot of other mental health struggles, including depression, trauma, parenting, eating challenges, LGBTQIA+, and many more. Anxiety has PROS and CONS and we will help you or your child capitalize on the PROS and build skills to diminish the CONS. At North Boulder Counseling you will get effective anxiety treatment from a therapist you really relate to. We are really people doing really effective work.
