      We are a Cajun/Creole food truck. We Cook the traditional foods and embracing the food culture of Louisiana. Post retirement as a full time chef for over 35 years Tom decided to follow his love of Louisiana food and open Tom’s Louisiana Kitchen doing scratch cooking made with love.
