Went for a pedicure, expecting the works when the menu price was $45.00. All they did was soak, rub and polish. No scrubbing, no callous, just polish. Although they were quite clean, and very professional, the pedi was a dissapointment.

When I looked at the menu, there were upto 5 differrent kinds of pedicure, and they said it still had 3 new more not in the menu yet. never seen that so many kinds before. So I tried the Pearl pedicure, my legs turned out so smooth than they used to be. Their prices little high but I think it's worth. Will come back and try the other pedicure.

This shop recently changed ownership. Although I don't live in the area, I went there last year while vacationing in Branson and was completely satisfied. After my experience this year, however, I will never return nor recommend NV Nails to anyone else. Apparently appointments mean nothing; I had one for 7:30 P.M. and wasn't started for almost 2 hours; I didn't leave until nearly 11 o'clock. I wanted a "fill"; however, the nail technician insisted that I needed a new "full set"; I suppose that since she had to stay late, she wanted to make sure that it was financially to her advantage. She was not gentle and hurt me several times, particularly when she removed my old nails. I went to this salon with someone who is a steady customer; when I complained about what was occurring, the technician started justifying what she was doing to my friend. I had to remind her that since I was the customer, I expected her to address me. All-in-all, I was thoroughly dissatisfied.

I usually just go for a pedicure, but have had other treatments over the years. Great spa style pediure chairs. Reasonable rates. 3 different pedicures to choose from. They do waxing, all nail types and message too. On the Landing.
