For out of state people, this is the place to go in Breckenridge. They have 4 techs and got us in quick for what we thought was a serious brake caliper problem. We got in Wed morning and needed to leave town by Friday. Vehicle fixed by noon Wed and it was just a large rock that was stuck and creating such a racket. They checked all our brakes also. Very friendly staff and professional. Thanks so much.

Honest, kind, and caring. Went in to have brakes checked. Gary was honest, informative and took the high road. Gave us a patient, non-judgmental lesson on mountain driving and told us to wait to have rotors fixed until we got home. Then, after spending real time with us, sent us home without charging us a penny for brake check and demo in our car. So appreciated Gary! Deserves ever one of these 5 stars!

Stellar guys who work there. On a snowy day at the end of their shift and were still able to plug my tire before heading over Hoosier Pass. I'd recommend their services.

AFTER two separate repairs and $900 spent over a 5 day span, I'm told my car is totaled. Two days after the fact, my car is towed without my permission or knowledge. I am never returning to Airport Auto.

I have been an Airport Rd Auto customer for 10 years. About a year ago, I noticed prices increasing with customer service decreasing. I kept going because the same mechanic, Hugo, has worked on my car for the last 10 yrs, and does a great job. Yesterday, I began having issues with my car starting. I phoned to get a time to have them look at my car. Every other time this has happened, they usually say, come on in. This time, a female I had never worked with before told me that they were booked solid for the next 2 weeks and she could add me to the wait list, I would be number 26. I said, that I was having issues with my car not starting and that after 10 years as a customer they should be able to fit me in sooner please. I then mentioned that Hugo has been the only mechanic to work on my car in 10 yrs. That is when the woman made a rude comment: "Hugo quitting is the reason we are in this mess." If my long time mechanic quit, and then 10 year's of customer loyalty is treated in this manner, there are other repair shops to go to. I would never recommend Airport Rd Auto because after 10 years, you matter even less than someone off the street. FYI, this was also the first year I did not buy my snow tires from them; their quote was 2X a quote from a Denver shop, and they would not negotiate. Find another mechanic!

Go somewhere else! Not only w...

Go somewhere else! Not only was I grossly overcharged for the parts they installed, they didn't fix the car. After taking my car elsewhere it turns out they weren't even close to correctly diagnosing my car. I called around town for the same parts they supposedly installed only to find that I could have bought them myself from every other store in town for significantly less. Turns out that what my car really needed was half the price to repair than what Airport sold me. Upon calling Airport with the news I was told that they promise my car needed what they fixed and would not be refunding me anything. I was treated very rudely and will never be returning there again. The other garage I dealt with was very helpful and will be receiving a very nice review. This mechanic also told me that airport just fired their top guy a while back. I guess now they have to make stuff up to sell their customers because their not smart enough to find the real problem. After filing a complaint with the BBB I learned this is only one of numerous similar complaints.

Do your research before you go here. Any idea where I can find the guy they fired? I'll go there instead!

This is a lie. If there was an issue a refund would have been given. We Have had nothing filed with the BBB in the last 15 months and have an A rating. I have no proof but I believe this review was filed by the fired employee.
