Although I found their prices rather high (much higher than most comparables I could find online), I was able to get the price down a bit and my friend used them and I liked her glass door. The only trouble I had was the office seemed a bit confused and disorganized. I suggest keeping track of your payments as there was some discrepancy, but it didn't seem dishonest on their part, just seemingly a lack of organization and it was fixed without question, also getting a return call back was a little troublesome and I grew frustrated with that as well. Once that was cleared up, I had no issues at all with installation. They sent two guys for our shower enclosure, and they were able to work with our contractors to make the doors fit properly into the tile.

I just came across this listing looking for auto glass & read the previous (duplicate) review. Mirage isn't that bad. I live local and also in a condo complex. I don't think they rip people off, I use them from time to time for certain stuff. They did a table top and some mirrors for me about a year ago. All were nicely done. Yes, the communication for their office certainly lacks and personally I think some of their items are priced a bit higher than competitors in the area. But in the past 15 years or so I have used them I didn't have any noted horror stories. Although I did use his brother's company (atm glass) for my shower door. Only because I found the brother's pricing to be better and I actually like his demeanor better -lol! But I never saw anything shady in Mirage's practice. Maybe you just caught someone having a bad run of things?
