I called inquiring about a part and Steve help me out. Not only did he informed me of other options, he also made sure that it was actually in stock. Once I arrived at the store my part was waiting for me and another associate took care of me promptly and very respectfully. Service here is TOP NOTCH. Needless to say, my expectations have been surpassed.

Bad services

Pep boys installed a cat converter on my truck. The sensors were put in wrong(cross connected) and my truck cut off inStafford, Va. while in route to a funeral in SC. My family and I had to stay over in Stafford, Va. wherethe repair had to be redone at a cost of $1200. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the original repair & the cost of new repair. I have bills to prove & the old sensor part which any REAL mechanic can check for the damage. Until I am satified, I will not recommend Pep Boys to my family,my friends, my job, my Church, or my enemies... I am in the process of submittiing a small claims.
