I bought the Rib Eye Steaks and although they were thin I found they were so full of flavor and tender. I originally got them for quick snacks for after school until I realized how many ways I could cook them. I bought a whole box which is 46 to a box. Then I found the Pork Chops. I bought a box of new York beef strip steaks and my daughter also bought a box of them, 3 steaks one lb. they were soft from tenderizer, and full of gristle, not fit to eat

The first two times I ate the ribeye steaks, they were so delicious & so tender that you could cut them with a fork. The third time, my steak was chewy & tough. I will still continue to prepare them unless they are tough. Overall, a great steak for the price.
