As the owner of Connecticut Home Remodelers my company was charged $275 this weekend for a dumpster we never officially ordered. The dumpster in question was in Norwalk, a territory they don’t really cover. My GM called for a price on a dumpster and their company said it would be about $650: $100 more than normal because of the long distance from their headquarters. So, My GM told them, “ok but we need to get other quotes because of this added cost, we will call you back if we want to use you guys”. My company then chose to use another company who was cheaper and closer to the job site. A few days later, get a call at 6:45am... yes... 6:45 in the morning on a SATURDAY about this dumpster being delivered. Patterson talks to my GM who explains that we never called back and we used someone else. They didn’t care. Patterson demanded to my GM that a fee of $275 dollars be paid because of the delivery even though it was their fault. Patterson already had my credit card info on file and then proceeded to fraudulently charge our credit card. I plan to call my bank first thing Monday morning and report the fraudulent charge. Patterson made a mistake and then tried to blame it on my employee and still profit off of it at the same time in an illegal and immoral way. At the time I was ordering 1-3 dumpsters from them a week as we are busy year round. However, I have decided to take my business elsewhere to a more reputable and honest company.

PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE FOR THE AREA AND BETTER THAN OTHER LOCAL COMPANIES. THE SERVICE IS EXCELLANT, THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU FOR A SERVICE THAT MEETS YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. ALSO THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL. AN EXAMPLE.... ONE WEEK THE TRASH BIN WAS NOT OUT, THEY CAME INTO THE OFFICE TO SEE IF WE NEEDED THE TRASH COLLECTED. AWSOME COMPANY!!!
