It's great to support a local small business! Plus, they a have Post office too!

I've been going to Beach's since I was little...thanks for always having what I need!

My mom had a bad leak in the house, Since we just lost my father we weren't sure what to do. I took my mom and we went to Beach's... they were very kind to us and the suggestions they gave fixed! it right away saving my mom a lot of money not bringing a plumber out. THANK YOU

Our goal in our near 63 years in business in to treat everyone with equal courtesy and respect, and to provide the best service possible. In your latest experience we failed. We would like to offer an in-person apology if you could be so kind as to stop back in. We would greatly appreciate it.

I have been going here for almost 2 years and the store itself is very good. I love the convenience of the store and its location. But every time I have came to this store the customer service is horrible. Everyone there is so negative and always in a bad mood. I have always noticed there is hardly ever any eye contact, no conversation, no positivity, and just plain old crappy customer service. I'm very disappointed in them. Well today was the last straw. The old man there was just so mean and down right rude. Get off your high horse and come back down to reality. I have read some other reviews and people always say how nice they are, WHAT????? I guess its me or maybe they treat certain people differently. But if your going own your own store, YOU cant do THAT!!!!!

You may have lots of things that I need............but so does Home Depot and Lowes and sometimes at better prices. So ill go see them for now on. You lost my business from here on out! I will never go back there again. Neither will my fiancée and my family. So there goes a chain reaction when you do one too many negative things to customers. Remember, its our money that keeps you in business.
